We accept returns on all unworn items within 28 days of receipt (UK) or 40 days (worldwide)

How do I return my items?

In your parcel there is an invoice with a return slip. Please fill this in and pop it inside your parcel. The invoice has a sticky label with our return address-pop it on the outside of the parcel.

Please circle the items you wish to return, stating whether a refund or exchange is required. Please specify size if an exchange is required.

Affix postage, the address label is not pre paid postage. If you cannot find the return slip just put a note in your parcel with your name, order number and postcode and post it to;

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an email when your refund has been made.

Multibuy refund policy

If a return is made within the the 3 for 2 offer the offer is no longer valid and the items revert to the full retail cost.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 3 for2) the refund will be minus the full retail cost of the free item in the offer.

If you return 2 items purchased with the multi-buy offer (for example, 3 for2) the refund will be minus the discount given.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

 Who Covers the cost of returning my items?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items that are unsuitable.

For items that are damaged or faulty please contact us for a link to our returns portal.

We are unable to accept the return of briefs or boxer shorts.

Any returns received worn or damaged or in poor condition will be returned to the recipient.

Any returns received outside of the 30 day returns period will be returned.

How do I know that my return has been processed?

We will an email to alert you that your return has been processed, please check your Junk and clutter folders as this email can go into these folders.

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Please note that card payments, although processed within 7days, normally take 3-4 working days to reach your account or show up on your statement. paypal refunds are instantly credited.

My item is faulty or missing, how do I return it?

In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty please contact us on enquiries@highstreetoutlet.com and we will email a free returns label and arrange a replacement item to be sent.

How do I exchange an item?

Please circle exchange on your return slip, or include a note with your return request. Where the size is available we will send your exchange the day your return arrives. Where the item is out of stock we will issue a refund. We do not charge subsequent postage to post your exchange to you.
