Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online (except Sale items) between 16th November and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until 14th January 2024. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply. 

We accept returns on all unworn items within 14 days of receipt (UK) or 30 days (worldwide) 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the parcel has been received by the customer. 
  • You do not need to email us to log your return.
  • If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will be unable to process your refund. In this case, if you would like your item back, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that the item was received in,  and returned in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have a strong odor of cigarette smoke, perfume, cooking smells, covered in pet hair or with makeup marks. Items returned with in a poor manner as detailed above, will be returned to the recipient.
  • We do recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund returns that are not received by us.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in the original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, briefs & boxer shorts are NON returnable.

The garments must be unworn, in the original packaging and not washed. Refunds are issued within 7 days, and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, in which instance please contact us before returning on enquiries@highstreetoutlet.com so that we can assist.

In addition to our Returns policy, as a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a Contract with us for goods purchased online or by telephone under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ("CCR") during a specific time period. You have the right to cancel a Contract during the period that begins on the date of dispatch and ends 14 calendar days from the day after the day you receive the products. To exercise your statutory right of cancellation, you can contact us at enquiries@highstreetoutlet.com, informing us of your decision to exercise your cancellation rights, and by providing us with your details including your name, address, contact number and email address.

How do I return my items?

In your parcel there is an invoice with a return slip. Please fill this in and include inside your parcel. The invoice has a sticky label with our return address-pop it on the outside of the parcel. Add postage.

Please circle the items you wish to return. We do not offer exchanges.

Affix postage, the address label is not pre paid postage. You may use the shipping provider of your choice-we strongly advise using a tracked service. We are not responsible for parcels not received at Highstreet Outlet.

If Highstreet Outlets Royal Mail Returns Portal is used to produce a label, a return fee of £3.95 Plus an admin charge of £2.50 will be deducted from the refund .

If you cannot find the return slip just put a note in your parcel with your name, order number and postcode.

 Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an email when your refund has been made.

Multibuy refund policy

If a return is made within the the 3 for 2 offer the offer is no longer valid and the items revert to the full retail cost.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 3 for 2) the refund will be minus the full retail cost of the free item in the offer.

If you return 2 items purchased with the multi-buy offer (for example, 3 for2) the refund will be minus the discount given.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

 Who Covers the cost of returning my items?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items that are unsuitable.

We strongly advise using a tracked service to return items-Highstreet Outlet are not responsible for non receipt/lost returns. 

For items that are damaged or faulty please contact us for a link to our returns portal. Some items may have a warehouse odour, this is not a defect.

We are unable to accept the return of briefs, boxer shorts or earrings.

Any returns received worn or damaged or in poor condition will be returned to the recipient.

If Highstreet Outlets Royal Mail Returns Portal is used to produce a label a return fee of £3.95 plus a £2.50 admin charge will be deducted from the refund 

Any returns received outside of the 14 day returns period will be returned.

How do I know that my return has been processed?

You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed, please check your junk and clutter folders as this email may go into these folders.

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Please note that card payments, although processed within 7days, normally take 3-4 working days to reach your account or show up on your statement. paypal refunds are instantly credited.

My item is faulty or missing, how do I return it?

In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty please contact us on enquiries@highstreetoutlet.com and we will email a free returns label and arrange a replacement item to be sent.

How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
